One of the key reasons for the massive figures is that the japanese automaker faces little to no competition within the Pakistani vehicle sector. That theory is supported by the very fact that PSMC presently features a 66 percent market share within the automotive sector and has sold 37,730 Alto units within the financial year 2020-21.

PSMC saw a huge MoM sales fall of 39 percent in June, selling only 5,106 units. However, the sales fall was caused by a restricted quantity of units being created thanks to COVID-19-related issues worldwide.
