Preface
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is a political party on paper, but it’s way bigger than that. It’s a dream for a prosperous Pakistan where every man and woman has high self-regard and takes care of fellow citizens per the principles of humanity.
The goal of its founder Imran Khan is to insure Justice for all as he believes that a just society has the best chance to succeed. At the core, PTI just wants to make sure that we as a nation are the best interpretation of ourselves and make a name for ourselves in this world. We believe that Pakistan is a very special country, full of natural resources and full of earnest & intelligent people.
But unfortunately, due to the corrupt leadership of the country and lack of justice, we’ve failed to maximize our capability. It’s our dream to see Pakistan as a self-sufficient nation that makes its own decision prioritizing the interest of its people.
One of the initial goals of PTI was to make our Justice system independent so that all countrymen, be they rich or poor, can get the same level of Justice. We’re proud to achieve that in Pakistan after playing the leading part in the lawyers’ movement and by constantly championing a system that’s fair for all anyhow of their social class or demographics. The other big stance of PTI is that we need to get rid of corrupt leaders in Pakistan who have stolen from the people of Pakistan and made enormous wealth abroad.
History
PTI was founded on April 25, 1996, in Lahore. PTI won its first seat during the 2002 Elections when Imran Khan won the National Assembly seat of Mianwali. PTI boycotted the 2008 elections due to the principal stance against corruption and in 2013, we received 7.5 million votes, the alternate highest votes in the elections. We made the Government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and our focus there has been on the common man. Even our worst rivals give us credit for making Police independent to facilitate Justice for all, revamping the public school system which has seen,000 private academy kids switching to government schools, and changing the health programs to insure we take care of the people in need, and making a significant reduction in corruption.
The iconic moment for PTI was the mammoth Jalsa on October 30, 2011, at Minar-e-Pakistan, where people from all demographics, especially Youth and Ladies showed up in huge numbers to show Imran Khan that they were with him to fight the status quo of Pakistan. Shortly later, the Karachi Jalsa of December 2011 verified that this movement has changed Pakistan ever as the Youth of the country started to take ownership of the country and their resoluteness for change in Pakistan was rock solid. This is surely a movement comparable to Jinnah’s movement for Pakistan. Imran Khan calls it the struggle for Naya Pakistan.
Promises & Oaths
Imran Khan has made six pledges to Pakistan and in return, he asks people to take four pledges. The promises are as follows
- I’ll never lie to the nation.
- I and my government will wage a Jihad’ against injustice in the country.
- I’ll keep all my wealth in Pakistan, I’ll not be like other leaders who rule in Pakistan but keep their wealth abroad.
- I’ll not take or allow others to take illegal benefits during PTI’s tenure in the government.
- I’ll guard the nation’s tax. It’ll not be spent on Governor, PM, and CM houses. The PTI government will break the walls of the Governor’s houses.
- We as a nation will stand with our overseas Pakistanis.
The fours pledges from Pakistanis he requests are as follows:
- Help with the eradication of the Status Quo from Pakistan.
- Do not be afraid of the oppressors and fight the evil together.
- Speak the truth and be faithful to Pakistan.
- Work together to make Pakistan a prosperous and independent country
Our Ideology
As a nation, we can not progress as long as our economy depends on handouts from multinational lenders and benefactors. The programs of multinational lenders have strangulated the capacity of ordinary citizens to live a life of quality. We must strive for self-reliance. The goal of self-reliance doesn’t in any way indicate that we insulate ourselves from global frugality. It only shows our conviction that by restoring the trust of the people in public institutions we can harness their implicit and mobilize them for a better tomorrow.
We offer a new and credible leadership that’s committed to restoring Pakistan’s political and profitable sovereignty by building a new bond of trust between the government and the people. Only through the active participation of the people can we inclusively mobilize our human and material resources to forge ahead on the road to a confident and tone-reliant nation.
We’re committed to political stability through a believable republic, transparency in government, and accountability of leadership. We believe in federalism and functional provincial autonomy to the provinces.
We strive for a moderate society that banishes abomination and religious illiberalism. We’re concentrated on addressing the root causes of religious extremism, which are injustice, poverty, unemployment, and illiteracy while Islam and the Two- Nation hypothesis remain the bedrock of Pakistan’s foundations, religious dogma mustn’t be used to whip up passions to create fear in society. On the negative, a truly Islamic society attorneys-at-law tolerance, moderateness, and freedom to exercise the religion of one’s choice without fear. illiberalism is a curse that must be excluded from society.
Our family values bind society. We must save and strengthen them, as they’re our strengths for the future. Despite the grinding poverty and injustice, it’s the structure of the family that keeps the social fabric intact. Mere end laws don’t change ground realities that force parents to send their children to work. We can not ignore the present dismal of the children in terms of their right to healthcare, nutrition, and education. Our mothers need to be healthy and educated to properly nurture our young.
An Islamic Society must care for its senior citizens who are most vulnerable. They need special attention and care as not only are they vulnerable, but also the most valuable and yet most neglected part of society.
Pakistan is a great experimentation in nurturing and sustaining political unity among different people grounded on a common ideology. Despite the common beaches of national unity, we’ve rich and different cultures, including those of religious minorities. Cultural and ethnic diversity does not bring discord but makes our society rich and tolerant. We must nurture and allow every occasion for this diversity of culture and traditions to flourish.
Our Mission
To establish a just society grounded on humane values while continuously upholding the self-esteem of the nation. The PTI’ll restore the sovereign and inalienable right of the people to choose political and profitable options in agreement with our social, cultural, and religious values. We’re a broad-grounded movement for change whose mission is to produce a free society grounded on justice. We know that national renewal is only possible if people are truly free.
Our leadership approaches the people with sincerity and a sense of history and we pledge to commit to:
- Freedom from Political, Economic, and Mental Slavery- A self-reliant ultramodern Islamic Republic.
- Freedom from Injustice-Inexpensive and quick division of justice.
- Freedom from Poverty- 50 percent increase in per capita income in 5 years.
- Freedom from Unemployment- Two million new jobs every year.
- Freedom from Homelessness-2.0 lac new housing units every year and complete power rights to millions living in Katchi Abadis.
- Freedom from Illiteracy-Full knowledge in 5 years.
- Freedom to Generate Wealth.
- Freedom from Fear- Complete Freedom of thought and expression.
- Freedom for Women-Free education up to Matric for girls from poor households.
- Equal rights for minorities- no religious discrimination.

تعارف
پاکستان تحریک انصاف ایک سیاسی جماعت ہے ۔ یہ ایک خوشحال پاکستان کا خواب ہے جہاں ہر مرد اور عورت کی خود اعتمادی زیادہ ہوتی ہے اور وہ انسانیت کے پرنسپلس کے مطابق ساتھی شہریوں کی دیکھ بھال کرتی ہے۔ اس کے بانی عمران خان کا ہدف سب کے لئے انصاف کو یقینی بنانا ہے کیونکہ ان کا ماننا ہے کہ ایک انصاف پسند معاشرے میں کامیابی کا بہترین موقع ہے۔ بنیادی طور پر ، پی ٹی آئی صرف یہ یقینی بنانا چاہتا ہے کہ ہم بحیثیت قوم خود کا بہترین ورژن ہیں اور اس دنیا میں ہمارے لئے ایک نام بنائیں۔ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ پاکستان ایک بہت ہی خاص ملک ہے ، جو قدرتی وسائل سے بھرا ہوا ہے اور شائستہ اور ذہین لوگوں سے بھرا ہوا ہے۔

پی ٹی آئی کے ابتدائی اہداف میں سے ایک یہ تھا کہ ہمارے انصاف کے نظام کو آزاد بنانا تھا تاکہ تمام ملک کے شہری ، یہ امیر ہوں یا غریب ، ایک ہی سطح کو انصاف حاصل کرسکیں۔ ہمیں فخر ہے کہ پاکستان میں وکلاء کی تحریک میں اہم کردار ادا کرنے کے بعد اور ان کے معاشرتی طبقے یا آبادیاتی اعدادوشمار سے قطع نظر اس نظام کی مسلسل وکالت کرنے کے بعد اس کو حاصل کرنے پر فخر ہے۔ پی ٹی آئی کا دوسرا بڑا موقف یہ ہے کہ ہمیں پاکستان میں بدعنوان رہنماؤں سے چھٹکارا پانے کی ضرورت ہے جنہوں نے پاکستان کے لوگوں سے چوری کی ہے اور بیرون ملک بہت زیادہ دولت بنائی ہے۔
تاریخ
پی ٹی آئی کی بنیاد 25 اپریل 1996 کو لاہور میں رکھی گئی تھی۔ 2002 کے انتخابات کے دوران پی ٹی آئی نے اپنی پہلی نشست جیت لی جب عمران خان نے میانوالی کی قومی اسملی نشست جیتا تھا۔ پی ٹی آئی نے بدعنوانی کے خلاف بنیادی موقف کی وجہ سے 2008 کے انتخابات کا بائیکاٹ کیا اور 2013 میں ، ہمیں 7.5 ملین ووٹ ملے ، جو انتخابات میں دوسرے نمبر پر ہیں۔ ہم نے کیہبر پختوننہووا میں حکومت بنائی اور وہاں اپنی توجہ عام آدمی پر مرکوز ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ ہمارے بدترین حریف ہمیں پولیس کو آزاد بنانے کا سہرا دیتے ہیں ، انصاف کے لئے انصاف کی سہولت فراہم کرتے ہیں ، پبلک اسکولوں کے نظام کو بہتر بناتے ہیں جس میں 34،000+ نجی اسکول کے بچوں کو سرکاری اسکولوں میں تبدیل کرتے ہوئے دیکھا گیا ہے ، صحت کی پالیسیوں کو تبدیل کرنا تاکہ یہ یقینی بنایا جاسکے کہ ہم ضرورت مند لوگوں کی دیکھ بھال کریں ، اور بدعنوانی میں نمایاں کمی لانا۔
پی ٹی آئی کے لئے مشہور لمحہ 30 اکتوبر ، 2011 کو مینار پاکستان میں میموتھ جالسا تھا ، جہاں تمام آبادیاتی اعداد و شمار کے لوگوں ، خاص طور پر نوجوانوں اور خواتین نے بہت بڑی تعداد میں یہ ظاہر کیا کہ وہ عمران خان کو یہ ظاہر کرنے کے لئے کہ وہ اس کی حیثیت سے لڑنے کے لئے اس کے ساتھ ہیں۔ پاکستان کا اس کے فورا بعد ہی ، دسمبر 2011 کے کراچی جلسہ نے تصدیق کی کہ اس تحریک نے پاکستان کو ہمیشہ کے لئے تبدیل کردیا ہے کیونکہ ملک کے نوجوانوں نے ملک کی ملکیت لینا شروع کردی تھی اور پاکستان میں تبدیلی کے لئے ان کے عزم راک ٹھوس تھے۔ یہ یقینی طور پر ایک ایسی تحریک ہے جس کا موازنہ جناح کی پاکستان کے لئے تحریک ہے۔ عمران خان نے اسے نیا پاکستان کی جدوجہد قرار دیا ہے۔
وعدے اور قسمیں
عمران خان نے پاکستان سے چھ وعدے کیے ہیں اور اس کے بدلے میں وہ لوگوں سے چار قسمیں لینے کو کہتے ہیں۔ وعدے مندرجہ ذیل ہیں
نمبر1: میں کبھی بھی قوم سے جھوٹ نہیں بولوں گا۔
نمبر2: میں اور میری حکومت ملک میں ناانصافی کے خلاف ‘جہاد’ کریں گے
نمبر3: میں اپنی ساری دولت پاکستان میں رکھوں گا ، میں دوسرے رہنماؤں کی طرح نہیں رہوں گا جو پاکستان میں حکمرانی کرتے ہیں بلکہ بیرون ملک اپنی دولت رکھتے ہیں۔
نمبر4: میں حکومت میں پی ٹی آئی کے دور میں دوسروں کو غیر منصفانہ طور پر لینے کی اجازت نہیں دوں گا۔
نمبر5: میں قوم کے ٹیکس کی حفاظت کروں گا۔ یہ گورنر ، وزیر اعظم اور سی ایم ہاؤسز پر خرچ نہیں ہوگا۔ پی ٹی آئی حکومت گورنر ایوانوں کی دیواریں توڑ دے گی۔
نمبر6:ہم بحیثیت قوم اپنے بیرون ملک پاکستانیوں کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں گے۔
پاکستانیوں سے جس کی درخواست ہے اس کی درخواستیں مندرجہ ذیل ہیں
نمبر1: پاکستان سے جمود کے خاتمے میں مدد
نمبر2: ظالموں سے نہ گھبرائیں اور مل کر برائی کا مقابلہ کریں
نمبر3: سچ بولیں اور پاکستان کے ساتھ وفادار رہیں۔
نمبر4:پاکستان کو خوشحال اور آزاد ملک بنانے کے لئے مل کر کام کریں
ہمارا نظریہ
بحیثیت قوم ہم اس وقت تک ترقی نہیں کرسکتے جب تک کہ ہماری معیشت بین الاقوامی قرض دہندگان اور عطیہ دہندگان کے ہینڈ آؤٹ پر منحصر ہے۔ بین الاقوامی قرض دہندگان کی پالیسیوں نے عام شہری کی وقار کی زندگی گزارنے کی صلاحیت کا گلا دبا دیا ہے۔ ہمیں خود انحصاری کے لئے جدوجہد کرنی چاہئے۔ خود انحصاری کا مقصد کسی بھی طرح سے یہ ظاہر نہیں کرتا ہے کہ ہم خود کو عالمی معیشت سے الگ کردیں۔ یہ صرف ہمارے اس یقین کو ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ عوامی اداروں میں لوگوں کے اعتماد کو بحال کرکے ہم ان کی صلاحیت کو بروئے کار لاسکتے ہیں اور بہتر کل کے لئے ان کو متحرک کرسکتے ہیں۔
ہم ایک نئی اور قابل اعتماد قیادت پیش کرتے ہیں جو حکومت اور عوام کے مابین اعتماد کا ایک نیا رشتہ قائم کرکے پاکستان کی سیاسی اور معاشی خودمختاری کی بحالی کے لئے پرعزم ہے۔ صرف لوگوں کی فعال شرکت کے ذریعے ہی ہم اجتماعی طور پر اپنے انسانی اور مادی وسائل کو متحرک کرسکتے ہیں تاکہ ایک پراعتماد اور خود انحصاری قوم کی راہ پر گامزن ہو۔ ہم قابل اعتبار جمہوریت ، حکومت میں شفافیت اور قیادت کے احتساب کے ذریعے سیاسی استحکام کے پابند ہیں۔ ہم صوبوں میں وفاقیت اور عملی صوبائی خودمختاری پر یقین رکھتے ہیں۔
ہم ایک اعتدال پسند معاشرے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں جو نفرت اور مذہبی تعصب کو ختم کرتا ہے۔ ہم مذہبی انتہا پسندی کی بنیادی وجوہات کو حل کرنے پر مرکوز ہیں ، جو ناانصافی ، غربت ، بے روزگاری ، اور ناخواندگی ہیں جبکہ اسلام اور دو ملک نظریہ پاکستان کی بنیادوں کی بنیاد رکھے ہوئے ہیں ، خوف پیدا کرنے کے لئے مذہبی کشمکش کو جذبات کو ختم کرنے کے لئے استعمال نہیں کیا جانا چاہئے۔ معاشرے میں۔ اس کے برعکس ، ایک واقعی اسلامی معاشرہ بغیر کسی خوف کے کسی کے انتخاب کے مذہب پر عمل کرنے کی رواداری ، اعتدال اور آزادی کی حمایت کرتا ہے۔ فرقہ واریت ایک لعنت ہے جسے معاشرے سے ختم کرنا چاہئے۔
ہمارے خاندانی قدر معاشرے کو پابند کرتے ہیں۔ ہمیں ان کو محفوظ اور مضبوط بنانا چاہئے ، کیونکہ وہ مستقبل کے لئے ہماری طاقت ہیں۔ پیسنے والی غربت اور ناانصافی کے باوجود ، یہ اس خاندان کا ڈھانچہ ہے جو معاشرتی تانے بانے کو برقرار رکھتا ہے۔ محض پاس کرنے والے قوانین زمینی حقائق کو تبدیل نہیں کرتے ہیں جو والدین کو اپنے بچوں کو کام پر بھیجنے پر مجبور کرتے ہیں۔ ہم بچوں کو صحت کی دیکھ بھال ، تغذیہ اور تعلیم کے حق کے لحاظ سے موجودہ مایوسی کو نظرانداز نہیں کرسکتے ہیں۔ ہماری ماؤں کو ہمارے جوانوں کی مناسب طریقے سے پرورش کے لیےصحت مند اور تعلیم یافتہ رہنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
ایک اسلامی معاشرے کو اپنے سینئر شہریوں کی دیکھ بھال کرنی ہوگی جو سب سے زیادہ کمزور ہیں۔ انہیں خصوصی توجہ اور نگہداشت کی ضرورت ہے کیونکہ نہ صرف وہ کمزور ہیں ، بلکہ معاشرے کا سب سے قیمتی اور ابھی تک نظرانداز کرنے والے حصے بھی ہیں۔
عام نظریہ پر مبنی متنوع لوگوں میں سیاسی اتحاد کی پرورش اور برقرار رکھنے کا پاکستان ایک بہت بڑا تجربہ ہے۔ قومی اتحاد کے مشترکہ تناؤ کے باوجود ، ہمارے پاس دولت مند اور متنوع ثقافتیں ہیں ، جن میں مذہبی اقلیتوں کی بھی شامل ہے۔ ثقافتی اور نسلی تنوع اختلاف نہیں لاتا ہے بلکہ ہمارے معاشرے کو امیر اور روادار بناتا ہے۔ ہمیں ثقافت اور روایات کے اس تنوع کے لئے ہر موقع کی پرورش کرنا چاہئے اور اسے پھل پھولنے کی اجازت دینی چاہئے۔
ہمارا مقصد
انسانی اقدار پر مبنی ایک انصاف پسند معاشرہ قائم کرنا جبکہ قوم کی خود اعتمادی کو مستقل طور پر برقرار رکھنا۔ پی ٹی آئی ہمارے معاشرتی ، ثقافتی اور مذہبی اقدار کے مطابق سیاسی اور معاشی اختیارات کا انتخاب کرنے کے لئے لوگوں کے خودمختار اور ناقابل تسخیر حق کو بحال کرے گا۔ ہم تبدیلی کے لئے وسیع البنیاد تحریک ہیں جس کا مشن انصاف پر مبنی ایک آزاد معاشرے کی تشکیل ہے۔ ہم جانتے ہیں کہ قومی تجدید تب ہی ممکن ہے جب لوگ واقعی آزاد ہوں۔

نمبر5:بے گھر ہونے سے آزادی – ہر سال 2.0 لاکھ نئے ہاؤسنگ یونٹ اور کچی ابادیوں میں رہنے والے لاکھوں افراد کے لئے مکمل ملکیت کا حق
نمبر6: ناخواندگی سے آزادی – 5 سالوں میں مکمل خواندگی
نمبر7:دولت پیدا کرنے کی آزادی
نمبر8:خوف سے آزادی – فکر اور اظہار کی مکمل آزادی
نمبر9:خواتین کے لئے آزادی – غریب گھرانوں کی لڑکیوں کے لئے میٹرک تک مفت تعلیم۔
نمبر10:اقلیتوں کے لئے مساوی حق – کوئی مذہبی امتیاز نہیں
